Applications 
Auric Manufactures Press Components for Automobile, Electrical and Electronic Appliances and Hardware Industry of flat and draw components. Cold Rolled Steel of Draw Quality(D/DD/EDD) grade is used to manufacture the press components.

Press Shop
Auric has a well equipped Press Shop equipped with Power Presses upto 150 tons, Hydraulic Press, Shearing  Machine, etc. Press Shop is equipped with best of the Indian and Imported Presses.The Presses speed exceed  160 strokes per minute. Press Components are manufactured in Blanking Draw/Deep Draw Tools, Trimming and Punching as per requirements.

The press operators are experienced and trained to manufacture quality press components. They are guided and supervised by skilled press shop production managers.

Tooling and Tool Room
Auric has its own Tool Room to develop, design and assemble tools and dies. The tools and dies are designed, developed  and  assembled  inhouse for  faster productivity. The tool designing process is integrated with tools development and manufacturing process for better understanding and faster development and to avoid any bottlenecks in future.The machine, manufacturing process, layout and designing is finalized in the initial stage.  The tooling is made from imported  alloy steels  such  as HCHCD2/K105, etc., (see Customer Services and Future).

The Company manufactures blanking tools, progressive tools, draw/deep draw tools, notching tools, trimming tools, flattening tools, riveting tools, embossing tools, etc.

The production manager and floor supervisors routinely check the process and the end product to maintain high quality and dimensional accuracy. The manufacturing process is ergonomically designed material and reduce redundancy of operations. 

Value Added Services
Auric provides the following value added services to its customers

7 Tank chemical process (including phosphating)
Plating - Zinc / Nickel / Chrome etc.,
Painting of Press Components such as oven baked enamel paint, powder coating and special painting    
    such as epoxy and polyurethane painting.
Coating - such as PVC / Teflon.
