Applications 
Auric manufactures Electrical Stamping and Lamination for ceiling fans, table fans, exhaust fans, air circulator motors, submersible pumps, transformers, chokes, low wattloss ballasts, generators, large motors - alternators, tacho generator lamination, magneto lamination for self starters of automobile industry, etc. The Electrical Stamping  and Lamination is made in CRNGO, CRGO and Low Carbon CR Steel suitable for electrical applications.(see Value Added Services)

Press Shop
Auric has a well equipped Press Shop equipped with Power Presses upto 150 tons, Hydraulic Press, Shearing  Machine, etc. Press Shop is equipped with best of the Indian and Imported Presses.The Presses speed exceed  160 strokes per minute.The manufacturing is done on Progressive Tooling and Notching Tools depending upon the size and quantity of Electrical Stamping and Lamination.

Tooling and Tool Room
Auric has its own Tool Room to develop, design and assemble tools and dies. The tools and dies are designed, developed  and  assembled  inhouse for  faster productivity.  The tool designing process is integrated with tool development and manufacturing process for better understanding which results in faster development   and  to  avoid  any  bottlenecks  in  future. The machine,  manufacturing  process,  layout  and designing is finalized  in the  initial  stage.  The   tooling  is  made  from  imported  alloy  steels   such  as HCHC D2 / K105, etc., Carbide Tools etc., (see Customer Services and Future).
The Company manufactures Blanking tools, Progressive tools, Draw/DeepDraw tools, Notching tools, Trimming tools, Flattening tools, Riveting tools, Embossing tools, etc.

Designing & Manufacturing Process
Auric manufactures millions of pieces of  Electrical Stamping and Lamination from high quality piloted progressive tooling, maintaining and exceeding the quality requirements of its esteemed clients. Auric's Electrical Stamping and Lamination has low burr and high degree of flatness. The production manager and floor supervisors routinely check the process and the end product to maintain high quality and dimensional accuracy.

Value Added Services
Auric provides the following value added services to its customers, in order to forward integrate and provide   more comprehensive service. This leads to saving customer time and costs.

Machining ( grinding, turning, etc.) of Stator &  Rotor Lamination. Die casting of  Rotors. The  Machining of Lamination is done on precision machines with accurate fixtures and GO  -  NO GO jigs.
